Description: Buffalo TeraStation TS3400R1204 NAS with 4x3.0 TB Seagate HDDs. The slide rails for a rack mount are also included. This system was used for about 3 years as an internal backup for one of our servers. It has been in storage for several years and I saw it last week while looking for something else. This unit would make a good primary or backup storage system. Unit was tested on October 6 and works as expected. Note that the HDDs have been reformatted to remove all files. No surface errors were noted during the reformatting process. I allow a 7-day warranty/inspection period (starting on the day the unit is delivered and you pay return shipping) so you can verify it operates as expected. If the NAS is DOA - return everything to me for a full refund. If a HDD is DOA - then I will credit you $35 per dead unit. However, I will not credit you until the crapped-out pieces are returned to me and I verify your installation didn't cause the issue. I have sold a fair amount of surplus electronics and have managed to maintain a 100% seller rating so my sales are solid. All of this equipment was used internally so I know the equipment's history and accurately represent its condition.
