It's a US men's size extra large and I would say it fits like a true XL. Not too tight, but also not too baggy. So if you typically wear an XL but like them really baggie, this shirt might not be for you. The same goes if you border on wearing an XXL. That said it's definitely not a slim fit design like from similar shirt companies such as Tipsy Elves. The shirt was only worn and washed maybe two or three times ever. And it's only ever been air-dried and never put into a machine dryer. And while it is pre-owned, the shirt is still in very good wearable and displayable condition with no major flaws or defects. It just has a little lint and some wrinkles from being stored in a drawer or closet for the past several years. But I've been the only owner of this shirt since I purchased it new from the manufacturer's own website roughly 2 or 3 years back before they went out of business.
