Description: Vintage BUCK KNIVES large model 119 Special "all-purpose hunting knife" made in the US in 2001. This 119 Special is in scarce unused condition with original leather sheath included. The knife is about 10-1/2" / 26.6 cm overall; the blade is about 6" / 15.1 cm; it has not been re-sharpened; the edge is razor-sharp still; the tip is intact. Black plastic handle with brown micarta spacers; 3-line logo on ricasso. Solid aluminum pommel and guard; all parts are tight with no play. No contact marks on the pommel or dings on the edge or spine - scarce this nice. Original BUCK 119 black leather sheath is great overall condition, considering the age; minor surface rust on the rivets is noted for accuracy. All stitching is intact; the leather is soft and supple.
