Description: Up for auction is a nice BSA collectible. It is a 12" ruler from the Recognition Dinner of the Mid-America Council BSA. It is not dated, so I don't know when the dinner was. I believe it has never been used - it is still in cello sleeve and original box. The box shows some wear. Check out my other interesting and eclectic items.
