There are no breaks or cracks in the metal or stone. Everything is very sturdy. Metal has spots showing through the finish as shown in our pictures. Top could use a cleaning with mild soap and sponge followed by a wax. Check internet for complete instructions from a Brown Jordan dealer. Cushions are not included in the set!
