Description: Original watercolor / gouache painting of a baseball player batting by noted postcard artist Theodore "Ted" Lewy. The player appears to have "Brooklyn" on his jersey, possibly an attempt at painting a Dodger? On watercolor paper. I'm not sure what this was originally done for, but Lewy liked it enough that he produced photographic prints in black and white which he likely sold signed on the mat. A copy of a print is included.
