Description: This beautiful jardiniere, urn, pot from Bretby Pottery is a stunning piece of Bamboo Ware porcelain. With a round shape and brown color, it features an oriental Japanese theme and is an original antique item from the United Kingdom., Bretby England. The pot is impressed with a backstamp and is a part of the Bamboo Ware product line. The lid has what appears to be a Foo Dog as a handle on top. Each side has an Oriental Face, 1 male and 1 female. Handles on either side are clean without damage. Signature on the bottom is clearly embossed with Form number 1892. There are Gold painted numbers on the bottom of which I’m guessing is a date, possibly 1911/07/11. This pottery jardiniere / urn piece is a valuable exceptional addition to any collection and is perfect for display as a decorative item. The production style and technique used to make this pot is exquisite, making it a must-have for any pottery enthusiast. Don't miss the chance to own this unique and timeless piece of art.
