The winding crown at 2 o'clock also sets the alarm, and the crown at 4 adjusts the second time zone. The dial is an elaborate silver engine-turned guilloche with painted black radial Roman numerals on a plain reserve, and blued Breguet hands. The secret Breguet signature is between IIII and V, and there is a date aperture window at 6 o'clock, as well as an automatic small seconds arc.
