(Eighty Years War- Prince of Orange- Maurice of Nassau). Issued 1616, Amsterdam by Baudart. Appears to depict the 1597 Spanish siege of the city in Oct. when it was occupied. Various military troops shown with their encampments around the city ramparts. Scarce early 17th century engraved print, with lovely hand color. Nice looking example, pleasing age patina, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. Text on reverse as always. Sheet Measures c. 6 1/2"H x 8 1/4"W.
