Glass globe is Blue, for the Starboard side of a boat.Lantern mechanism appears to be operational, but reflector is loose (see last picture).Not knowing much about this genre, and based on the "Hong Kong" mark on the bottom, I'm going to assume this is old, but reproduction. Either way, it is a beautiful piece of nautical art.
