The package is complete, is possibly still wrapped in its original case, and has no wear visible from use, though factory defects may be present, such as an off-centered insert or printing error. If opened, the disc must have absolutely no wear visible, the insert must also be free of wear meaning no creases or wrinkles, and must show evidence that the disc has never been played. Bright, cartwheel full shiny mint luster present. Like New= The equivalent of NM (Near Mint). The disc may have been played no more than a few times and has no visible scratches to the naked eye, though upon magnification, some hairline scratches may be visible. The disc's luster is nearly full and appears a bright white in color. The extra inserts, if included must be present. The case has very little wear present in the secondary spots and very little shelf wear.Very Good= On the disc, very light scratches will be visible to the naked eye, but they shouldn't cover more than 10% of the disk's area. The disc is still shiny, though not quite as bright as a "Like New" disc. In this grade, the inserts/extras must be included, though if a disk is otherwise "Like New" and happens to miss the insert, than a "Very Good" grade should still be accepted. Good= The signs of wear present on a Very Good copy will be much more noticeable on a Good. Light to moderate scratches cover up to 50% of the disc's area, and the luster is fading and is more of a grayish white in color.The inserts and extras may be missing. Light to moderate shelf wear on the case and light, but noticeble wear on the box/cover, with minor creases, wrinkles, and a very slight loss of gloss, but not overwhelming and still feels somewhat crisp.
