BOTTLE ADAPTER MADE FROM 7075 ALUMINUM, MADE IN THE USA! This adapter has been tested to hold 4300psi for 24 hours before sale. These are based on the original from South Africa. If you want the stainless steel one, go get one of those. They're a great product! If you want made in the USA with USA made materials (accept for the foster fitting) here's the one you need! I have eliminated the two smaller seals which my testing shows are not needed. This adds strength to the bolt where I don't remove the extra material for the seals. I also added a small air groove. The original only has approx .002" space for the air to be pumped in. I have also fitted a regular nitrile o-ring under the foster fitting. This allows the fitting to seat much deeper in the threads than a hard plastic or x-ring o-ring. I have had zero sealing issues with this. 7075 aluminum is stronger than A572 grade 50 steel and as strong as 7018 welding rods. This isn't your soft pop can or pots & pans aluminum!! 7075 is the strongest aircraft grade aluminum and temper T351 is what's used to make aluminum bolts. This is the material used for the blanking plug and center 'bolt' of the adapter. 7075 T351 aluminum has a specified min yield strength of 59,500psi and ultimate tensile strength of 74,000psi. There is currently no bottle adapter to fit the Avenger bullpup. I'll be taking a look at one soon and seeing what can be done about this. If I can make one to fit, then I will. I provide no warranty and accept no liability for you using this product. You accept all risks and liability with installing and using this product and hold me harmless for any issues other than if the item does not fit correctly. If your item does not fit correctly or leaks within the first 30 days, you can ship it back to me (at my cost) and I'll rework or replace your item. Add a little pure silicone grease to the orings before fitting. These plenums require a thinner section to fit between the carbon plates. An 11cc one will stick out of the bottom of the plates 1-1/4". Longer / larger volume ones can be made if required.
