Gypsum plaster aka chalkware wall sculpture figurine decor. There are chips in the hand painting of the head. There is a dark spot on the top of the yellow paint, photo #5. Needs a gentle cleaning by the collector. I lightly dusted the head with a soft cloth as to not damage anymore paint on the chalkware.
