The mouthpiece-stem is split (see image), so that could be re-soldered or just use tape. Areas of cosmetic wear/tarnish. No dents. The three valves depress and rebound. The four slides/curves move easily. Serial 320941. The case is in good condition, with tarnish on the metal. (I don't see a country mark, but probably USA or UK.)
