The four views are all of boats on the reservoir. Photo credits Mitch Adams. The 20¢ stamp features Virginia Apgar, Physician. It was cancelled at Page, AZ 86040, on June 5, 1995. The distribution credit lists Petley Studios, Tempe, Arizona. Message reads: "Hi: Enjoying it here at Lone Rock on Utah & AZ border. Lake is raising 6" to 12" a day. They may get a full lake this year. Don't get those plastic drawers if you go to Grand National. I am going to get some shipped to me. On up Utah to Colo this summer.
