Genuine Autoclave Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre. From factory, BMW only offer this CSL Style front splitter if you purchase the very expensive / exclusive M4 CSL model. We have based our own "CSL" carbon fibre version on the OEM original but at a more cost effective price without compromising quality or fitment. Our design provides an aggressive look for the front of your vehicle and enhances the styling dramatically. This is made with the same 2x2 twill carbon weave BMW use for their parts. This part is also compatible with the new BMW M3 which BMW don't offer as an option. The splitter components are cooked under immense pressure to give a very uniform and pin-hole free finish. With this being cured at high temps, it ensures longevity of the overall product. The splitter is then finished in a UV, high gloss lacquer before being hand and machined polished and being treated to a high content carnauba wax from our partners Race Glaze. Installation Installation is a direct fit with the front bumper which makes use of the original BMW hardware/fixings. Also included is 2 additional fixings to bolt the spoiler to the splitter ends. We always recommend using a competent bodyshop to undertake the installation. We standby our quality and fitment of all our parts. Some parts that are not under stress or load don't necessarily need to be made out of full Prepreg Carbon Fibre, and for this reason we also offer a lamination/skinning service to turn original parts into Carbon Fibre. If the parts are in stock then dispatch usually can be the same or next day. Some parts however can be ordered on backorder but may take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to dispatch due to manufacturing times. Please be aware that estimated delivery times may vary depending on how busy the workshop is and that during particularly busy periods, these deadlines might be extended. Please ensure that you supply an e-mail address on ordering and we will e-mail you to notify you when your items have been dispatched. Once items have been dispatched, delivery within mainland UK is next day. International orders can take 2-6 days for delivery. We send all of our products using insured and tracked methods so there are no concerns for you if any products are lost or damaged in transit. Q) What happens if my order is lost or damaged by the courier in transit? We always send items using insured and tracked methods, so there's no risk to you at all. Just let us know about the problem immediately and we'll arrange for a new part to be sent in exchange as soon as possible. Please ensure that you check the goods before accepting them from the courier or alternatively sign for the parcel as unchecked. If the goods arrive clearly damaged please either refuse delivery or sign as damaged with clear photos to be taken before unwrapping the packaging. Returns We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Carbonwurks, however should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned to us in a completely unused condition with all packaging, etc. Returns should be made within 14 days and supplied back to us in the original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in the supplied condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item(s).
