Description: BLUE OYSTER CULT 1982 EXTRATERRESTRIAL LIVE PROMO POSTER Extremely rare promotional poster promoting BOC'S third live album EXTRATERRETRIAL!! The album was released by Columbia Records at the height of the band's popularity and primarily documents the their 1981 tour in support of Fire of Unknown Origin!! BOC in their absolute prime!! Item was never commercially released (not for sale in stores) and was sent to select retailers back in 1982 (by Columbia) for instore display only! Poster measures approx. 18" x 30" and ships folded (as it was originally shipped by record co). Poster previously hung and contains small thumb tack holes in each corner - back contains some fun-tac (a type of adhesive to hang posters w/o tacks or tape) and tape residue. Also contains creasing and a few (white) tears on the 3rd band member's jeans (visible in images below). We rate the overall condition a 6.9 out of 10. Would look very nice framed! Perfect for the music room, office, or studio! Again, measures approx 18" x 30" - Please note that this is an original - not a reproduction. Poster was previously hung - fold marks present from less than stellar storage - Therefore will ship folded in an LP-MAILER.
