Description: Super specimen of shocking, vibrant blue acicular chalcanthite from the Planet Mine in La Paz County, Arizona covered with nice fibrous crystals which look like blue waves on the matrix. Nice crystals on a matrix rock which measures about 3 inches long. This mine has been closed to collecting for years and briefly reopened so some limited additional material is now available. The cube is in the picture to present a size comparison and measures 1 cm. The cube is not a part of the sale.
