The firmware loaded on the board is Blissz for L3+. I like the Blissz firmware as the miner can be tuned for higher efficiency and a quieter operation as well. The standard Bitmain frequency and voltage is 384MHz/13. Some boards can be run at up to about 431MHz / Lowest voltage. The lower the voltage setting results in lower input power. Increasing the frequency can get you a higher hash rate, however if it is too high the hardware error rate goes up. I usually adjust each hash board so that the overall error rate is less than 0.01%. I have run the board in a real L3+ for days to make sure it works okay. My typical L3+ unit achieves about 530 MH/S and 725W input with a Bitmain power supply running at 240VAC. In contrast, the Bitmain firmware achieves 500 MH/S and 800W.
