This beautiful milk pitcher has a glossy white background featuring "Lait" in black which means "milk" in French. The pitcher has a orange and black stripe near the top rim. It was while making a trip to London in 1969 that Jacques Lobjoy, director of the Porcelaine d'Auteuil workshop, found his inspiration in Pop Art and designed the famous Bistrot model. The Bistrot model was destined to become, in the following decades, the classic table service of the middle class.
