The air will not. I only use a very high quality balloon. I recommend blowing with air first with a balloon pump and then deflating and adding your helium. This allows the static to get the confetti to stick inside the balloon better. DO NOT BLOW WITH THE MOUTH AS THIS PUTS CONDENSATION INTO THE BALLOON. Latex balloons are biodegradable. I recommend when disposing of the latex balloons to remove the ribbon and cut the ribbon into small pieces so that it cannot get tangled on things or animals. The balloons will dissolve themselves over two years. NB I cannot be held responsible should one of our confetti colours leave a mark. It is highly unlikely but on a rare occasion it may happen.
