Description: Black Binks Model 7 Gun sold without Cup has 36SD Air Cap and 36 Nozzle. This gun came to me kind of messed up. A previous owner had removed the guns air inlet fitting and replaced it with a Graco Metering Valve threaded directly into the inlet. Well that altered the threading at the guns aluminum inlet and it was leaking air from there. To repair this I removed the metering valve and replaced it with a Graco inlet fitting I had on hand. The leak got a lot better but it still leaked a tiny bit of air from the inlet. So I set the Graco inlet in some 100% solids clear epoxy and added a solvent resistant O ring and that resolved the leak. The gun sprays great now but the air inlet is kind of permanently in place now. The gun looks good and sprays well and the inlet threads are standard 1/4 inch threads you would see on any spray gun. I'm selling at a discount because of the modification.
