Description: Here is an antique 7" model E nickel plated adjustable tool box wrench by Billings & Spenser, pat'd 1879, possibly made to 1910. A previous owner I.D. tagged it. The wrench has a German style small cross stamped on both sides. It has 32nd measurement marks on the shaft for 1-3/4", the tool contiunes to open until it comes apart as shown in my photos.
