Bill Cosby was a very popular comedian in the mid-late sixties when these records were produced. Remained so for many years, many records, and at least one tv series. I am not sure if the original inner sleeve was paper, with lp advertising on it or not, but I believe this clear plastic liner replaced the original somewhere along the line. Sound quality is pretty good on this one with the typical surface noise, most notable between tracks when there is no other sound to hide it. It is a monophonic recording The album cover shows wear from being around so long. There is an inscription at the top left side that says in script "E.
