We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for parts that are incomplete, altered, damaged, or tampered with. Return & Refund Policy All returns must receive approval before being sent back. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase; any returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were originally sent. Items are not considered lost until 15 working days have passed. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received by us. If an item is being returned due to buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, purchasing the wrong part, fitment issues, or simply not wanting the item, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Before initiating a return, please contact us with detailed information and evidence of the issue (photos/videos). If we cannot resolve the problem without a return, we will request that you ship the item back to us. If the same item is not in stock, you will receive a full refund of your original payment. Ensure that a qualified specialist or mechanic installs the item. Engines, transmissions, and differentials are shipped dry. We do not warranty damage resulting from a lack of oil or fluid. These components must be installed by an ASE-certified repair shop, and failure to provide proof of professional installation will void any warranty claim. We are not responsible for installation costs. Head/Tail Lights: Items are sold according to the part number provided. Any additional components attached to the headlight (e.g., ballast, bulbs, control units) are considered complimentary and do not factor into the price. If these components are non-functional, the item will not be considered as "not described." Gauge Clusters: Mileage listed is approximate and not guaranteed to be accurate. The condition of the pixels is not included in the "working" description and may vary by cluster. The "working" description refers to the functionality of gauges (RPM, Speedometer, coolant temp, fuel level). OTHER We reserve the right to withdraw this item from sale at any time if it becomes unavailable. All parts are labeled, either via a sticker or tag, during photography to help with organization. While some parts may be duplicates, the part you receive will be in similar condition and fully functional, even if it's not the exact one pictured. When purchasing an engine, a new timing belt/cam belt/chain must be fitted, and new oil added during installation. Failure to follow this procedure will void the warranty. Any remaining components, sensors, accessories, are provided free of charge and are not covered by the warranty.
