All sales are final. If the item is damaged in transit we will absolutely address that. Damages: When you receive your items please inspect them carefully. Normal wear and tear on the outer packaging is not a concern. However, if you discover that an item inside was damaged in transit please contact us immediately through my Ebay mail system. In order to investigate and file an insurance claim we will require that you retain the original packaging material in its entirety including outer packaging, boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, air pillows, packing peanuts and the damaged item. You will most likely be asked to submit photographs of the above items as well. We photograph our packages in the various stages of packing and hand deliver that package to the USPS where a postal worker assesses the packages and confirms the prepaid postage and box.
