Garden Solutions for All Seasons! This mid-century vintage book measures about 10 by 8 by 2 inches It is spiral-bound in a hardcover 5-ring binder. It’s not in perfect condition but is extremely readable. There is general use wear, some soiling, perhaps some child writing on the front cover, and some of the pages have torn loose from the spiral binders. There is definitely shelf wear but not abuse. The binder works as it should and I see no rust. I will require from you photo proof of damage to the item and the packaging. Please send as many photos as necessary to provide clear proof to the carrier of damage. And please retain the damaged item and the packaging as long as necessary. Some carriers require the physical proof instead of photos. If I do not insure the item through the carrier, I will personally provide a full refund, including shipping costs. If I have insured the item, I will provide to you information regarding collecting insurance.
