Top, left screw fastener broke off during testing and the loose parts we could locate are included, but one portion broke off and is inside unit (rattles around when moving). Also includes second cable for timer input. Unit has minor marks/wear. Overall very good cosmetic condition. Some minor chipping in paint on bottom of unit. Please see all images. We are not familiar with this type of equipment, so can not fully inspect/ test. No guarantee light will continue to function given age.
