Description: Berryville, Virginia - Rosemont.From a collection of photo postcards relating to Rosemont in Berryville, Virginia - Pierre Bouvey, was the horticulturalist for Rosemont circa 1910 / 1912. Bouvey met his wife there. The photo postcards contained within this collection were further identified, with notes on some of the cards, by Bouvey's daughter Pauline in 1983. The notes indicate that the property was originally owned by Mr. + Mrs. John Harrison, but was now owned by Harry Byrd and family.Real Photo Postcard - Dated 1910 - 1912 on the reverse.Very Good condition - please see listing scans to best view detail and condition.
