Description: Several years ago a friend died and left us his art collection. This piece was in a flat file and was never stretched nor framed. As our friend was a painter, it's possible that he, himself, painted it. But we just don't know. We ourselves are getting old and hope this will be purchased by someone who will appreciate it. We are guessing that it was painted in the 1990's in the Impressionist style. It's subject is harbour in Bermuda. It is neither signed nor dated. It is unframed and has not been stretched. It will be sent rolled. The painted area measures 28" +/-wide x 22" +/- tall. The canvas measures 32" +/- wide by 26" +/- tall. There is plenty of left over canvas to have it stretched for framing.. It's an original piece on a canvas. I'm assuming the medium is oil. It is being sold as is. But please feel free to ask questions. I can only imagine this would look quite good in a traditional frame. But that is up to you.
