Description: This is a Bermuda Letter from July 4, 1850. It's from Quartermaster of the 42 Highlanders Regiment stationed in Bermuda. It was sent to Scotland and marked 'PRIVATE.' The entire letter relates to accountings for ordered tartan and related fabrics for the regiment.
