Please open and read the entire description, it answers a lot of questions.These are custom made aluminum parts that will convert a DeWalt 3" cut off tool and a Harbor Freight Baxter or similar belt sander into a DeWalt cordless 1/2" x 18" belt sander or band file.This only fits the US models DCS438 with the 3/8 (.375) arbor. I believe there is a European model that has a 10mm arbor and will need a 10mm drive pulley. I can change these to 10mm if that's what you need, just note that at check out so I see it and make a special one.The air belt sanders can be found at Harbor Freight under Baxter, item number 64932. They can be ordered from harbor freight.com or on eBay by searching 64932 sander and checking the include descriptions box. They are also sold as Eastwood 31455, Astro Pneumatic 3037, Northern tool Clutch 47923, or similar. The 3M - 33575 sander is now confirmed to work as well. Check with both Northern Tool and Harbor freight for specials, they flip-flop, but one always beats the other. The DeWalt cut off tool DCS438 can be found nearly everywhere.You will receive 4 items; a custom machined adapter to hold the sanding arm from the sander, a new drive pulley, a T-10 Torx tool bit, and instructions as shown in the 2nd photo. Either tool can be converted back to it's original state in a matter of seconds.Please check the sander size. There are two sizes.
