Description: This auction is for a Belly Dance 5 pc Black Silver Sequin Costume - 2 Skirts, Hip Scarf, Bra 38C, and Necklace. All my hand modified costumes have never been used before to belly dance. These costumes are unique and one of a kind. All pieces are in very good condition. The A-line black opaque skirt was made from a pre-owned ball gown and trimmed with silver sequin. This skirt has two panels on the non-roll elastic with 1/4 of material in front and the rest of the material in the back. The back of the skirt is longer than the front as that was how the gown was made. The overskirt and bra material came from another dress. The overskirt is two panels on elastic and can be moved on the elastic to where you would like to have them. The silver hip scarf was made from a piece of liquid silver material and black sequin trim was added. (This could be used as a neck drape too.) The bra is a Smart & Sexy brand with underwire, adjustable straps, thin padding, and a size 38C. The bra drape is a chain necklace that was pinned onto the bra. It could be taken off and worn separately, or you could change it's position on the bra, or you could sew it on permanently. Pins were used a lot when I danced in the 80's and 90's. The belly dance top necklace is part of this auction. Measurements: Black Opaque skirt: elastic hips are 26" stretching to approx. 54". Length in front is 32" and length center back is approx. 38". Elastic can be added or taken out as needed. Measurements: sequin over skirt: elastic hips are 31" stretching to approx. 60". Panels are 13" (width) by 24" (length). Elastic can be added or taken out as needed. Measurements: Silver Hip Scarf: length is 73", and width is 12". Measurement: necklace: length is 17" not including the 3" dangle chain.
