Description: If you’ve ever owned a set of these “hot weather” combat boots you already know they are the best you can buy for your Summer work, hikes or camping…and you can silently snicker at the overheated guy who insists on wearing his insulated boots all year. 🙂 I’d go so far as to say they are “three season” boots… not great in freezing or snow but I’ve found them to be just fine in most other weather conditions. These STEEL-TOED boots (U.S.-manufactured by Belleville, and UNION-MADE) are “open box” (without the box) but otherwise unused. They have a reinforced “steel toe”. Color is TAN and the “National Stock Number” is NSN # 8430-01-493-9733. I purchased these boots for our Summer Scouting outings (from a “no return” E-Bay vendor) only to find that they didn’t fit. These are 12 Wide which corresponds to “EE” width on civilian shoes. (I turned out to be an “extra wide” or EEEE.) Please examine the photos carefully and know your shoe size when you order. I also will not accept returns but am happy to answer any questions. Shoes on the market these days seem to vary from the measurement that a Brannock foot measuring device will tell you. These combat boots seem to come pretty close to standard sizes. Once again the original box is NOT included.
