Description: This antique oscillating desk fan by Belknap Bluegrass is a vintage piece perfect for any indoor space. The heavy duty black base has a diameter 7 1/2". Each brass fan blade measures 7 1/2", with a cage diameter of 16 1/2 inches. The fan has three speeds with an analog/mechanical switch. The power cord has been replaced. The new cord and plug measure 63 1/2 inches. The green felt bottom is new. The fan is mechanically/electrically sound, voltage of 120V. The fan base and cage have not been painted, in keeping with its vintage look. It is suitable for collectors and enthusiasts alike. This fan is a table/desk type. This is a very powerful fan and as with most antique fans the cage surrounding the blades is NOT a safety feature. Do not run vintage/antique fans without supervision. The fan was most likely manufactured between 1920-1949. The look is unmistakably classic, but also has a steampunk look. It makes a great statement piece in virtually any decor.
