They are listed in the COB Belgian Specialized catalogue. These were not available at the Post Office and are issued in very limited quantities - in general 250-500 up to about 1970 and 1000 of each issue after. After WWII they were issued without gum and with individual numbers printed on the back. Pairs and blocks are very difficult to find CATALOGUE:All numbers and values are from the Scott Catalogue unless otherwise noted. These Belgian imperfs are catalogued in the COB specialized and priced in Euro's. My catalogue is the out of date 2010 volume; prices may have gone up or down since that time.
