Description: Italy Coin Tie Tack / Lapel Pin A unique tie tack that I made with an original vintage 1950's Italia 2 Lira silver tone coin (can also work as a lapel pin if you take off the chain). The coin is uncirculated and I left it with it's natural luster (unpolished). 11/16" in diameter. The tie tack back is a new silver tone with strong clasp and encased in a two-part epoxy. It will come in a new gift box and this will be the exact piece you receive.
