Description: BUENA VISTA, DISNY PRODUCTIONS POSTER NO. 030634 Beauty and the Beast (Buena Vista, 1991). One Sheet (27" X 41") DS POSTER. A Walt Disney production, it is unrestored with bright color and a clean surface appearance. It has general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, and/or minor tears. This is a Double-sided Poster in only the way Buena Vista did it. The back/reverse side of the poster is opposite (mirrored) of the front. This doubling of the ink was done so when these were in the bus-stop light-boxes and Movie theater light boxes, they would have the effect of a Kodachrome slide. There would be no color fading as a result of light coming through where it wasn't wanted and washing out the lows, highs and mid-tones. These are extremely rare. This one was previously framed (then removed and rolled) which accounts for some of the minor damage on the ends/corners. It will be delivered/shipped rolled in a generous tube 4"-5" in diameter as opposed to the more common 2"-3" shipping tubes. This will minimize the flattening out period. The cost to ship includes insurance to cover full purchase price.
