Isaac Sprague was considered to be the the finest flower painter of his age, and these pages attest to that fact. Binding is a little loose and a couple of pages are detached. It includes all of the wild flower prints in the index. The color is good on all except the wild orange-red lily which is browned from having a newspaper article stored on the page. A couple have torn edges on the right that can be cropped without affecting the flower area. The text pages are in good condition. All in all a wonderful book for any lover of wildflowers, and a great gift.
