Description: BEAUTIFUL antique Edwardian ornate sterling silver and diamond filigree necklace. This lovely antique necklace is 16 5/8” long and weighs 3.7 grams. It features an attached pendant that is 1 1/8” by 5/8” and 1 1/2” long including the “V” section just above the pendant. The pendant is dimensional with truly exceptional repoussé floral detail against a latticework background. It is set at center in a raised hexagon with a small, white, faceted diamond in a star pattern. The attached link chain is both pretty and unusual and culminates in a lovely repoussé hook and eye clasp. This sterling silver necklace has a tremendous amount of detail throughout, making it a particularly pleasing example of Edwardian jewelry. It is stamped “Sterling” on the clasp and it has been professionally tested as sterling silver. The diamond has been tested and verified by a certified gemologist. This necklace is in really nice antique condition with no damage other than VERY minor oxidation or surface wear.
