It has zipper closure with designer name stamped in. Completely beaded including the straps and bottom of bag. Inside has black satin liner with zipper side pocket. No missing beads except in upper corner on one side not too noticable but see photo #5. My best guess from the style and from what I have found on the company Ganson, this bag is from the early 1970s Perfect for the little back dress or slacks for evening out or the cruise.
