Description: Beautiful tea set including teapot and lid, creamer, sugar and lid. Pale greenish grey color with blue (gentian) wildflowers, gold knobs and accents. The pot has a large 4 cup capacity, built-in strainer, and lid. Pours very cleanly and delicately. The matching creamer has an approximate 1/2 cup capacity. The little lidded sugar bowl is still usable, but has two tiny chips on the rim showing from the outside...and a half inch by 1/8" chip missing from the inner rim. The sugar lid has a 1" by 1/4" piece missing from the inside rim. See photo.s. The pot is marked with a stamped mark that began in 1949, the sugar and creamer have a similar but different stamp that I could not age with research. The main 3 pieces have the pattern number, 891, clearly marked. There are other stamped numbers on all of the pieces that I could not find information on.
