Some grading notes: cover detached at top staple with centerfold fully attached, 2 1/2” split at top to staple, heavy unpressed subscription crease, lots of pen sized divots left side, moderate wear with micro tears and chips top edge, light wear bottom edge, slight tanning inside cover; Back - 1” chip of top left corner, two 1/2” tears top edge, light wear with stains bottom edge, light tanning inside cover, off-white pages, page counted and book is complete.
