This price variant is very rare - according to the CGC census, there are only 2 copies graded 9.6 and just 2 slightly higher. This comic was rated 9.6 (Near Mint+) by CGC with "White Pages". There is a tiny hairline crack near the top left corner of the back of the case (see last picture above) - it's minor enough that I don't think most collectors would mind, but worth mentioning.
