Description: Neat handmade basket with wicker and rattan rope weaved in. Gourd is dark green in color with a bit of yellow. I believe this to be vintage because the color on the weaving is faded, has become a soft mustard color, orangish/brown, and a couple shades of soft brown. Has a medium glossy finish on the gourd. 11”x7” and approximately 4” across opening. Neat for boho style or primitive natural and also neat for fall or Thanksgiving decor. Top has some kind of natural embellishments weaved, maybe sliced tree nut shells? There are 8 nut shells total around the top, but 3 are clustered at the seam, one of them being on the inside, see pics In really nice shape, the wicker and rope has some normal wear but in great condition especially because I think it’s vintage! Not able to hold water.
