NO markings. One TINY short tear to lower edge rear cover, otherwise NO other tearing. NO staining. FIRM staples. Minor faint aging to the very edges of the covers. Minor shelfwear. Book is preserved in an acid-free archival bag with backing board. I will happily answer any further questions.
