Description: Approx. 14&1/2" long-Found in Bali 30 odd years ago. A spearhead (Tombac) from the 1850-1890 regency wars. Think war, slaves and opium. These tomba (heads of spears)along with kris swords and knives were used in the inter regency wars on the island of Bali. These were the tails of the Nagas. Balinese always had a high regard for steel. They even have a special day for the blessing of steel objects. These tombac are quite rare. Now basically used for Balinese rituals.
