One set is loose but has all the pieces, the other is used in box. Comes with 24 total pieces of railroad tracks, including 2 tracks which the power supply comes in. Also comes with 3 extra freight cars one is still in box and another the top broke off but can easily be glued. The wheels of the cars fell off on the loose ones because the loose set was kept in a shoebox, I managed to put the wheels back on. This has been tested and works prior to listing. Both power supply works. Also comes with a train station that doesn’t work (make train sounds) but still nice addition and a train water tower. Instructions are also included in box.
