It is a PLAIN BLACK LEATHER. The belt is double thick with a fully finished leather lining. It is a Model 59. A standard Police Duty Belt. This belt is made to close with a hidden double hook and CHROMED, solid buckle. Can do BRASS UPON REQUEST. It lays flat, smooth and sharp. The belt is 2.25" wide for standard police gear and holsters.
