In good condition but is incomplete, it appears to be a multi- issue supplement that is folded and self assembled from larger news print sheets. Missing pages are 13-14, 17-20, 23-26,34-35, 39-42 (complete extent 64 pages). See images for the missing areas on map index. The cover is light board paper with a weak spine fold. Maps printed on newsprint paper that has aged. Combined postage available on request.
